I was under the impression Oswald was on the first floor prior to the shooting, and if you subscribe to the grainy picture, he was actually standing in the doorway of the Book Depository as the motorcade rolled past. Then he was seen on the second floor after the shooting drinking a Coke.

Dorothy Ann Garner who was on the fourth floor with Victoria Adams when the shots were fired is still alive and in June 2011 was interviewed by Barry Ernest. I recently finished reading this book. Highly recommend it. http://mysite.verizon.net/restu5kb/id1.html

HelloI'm not proposing this as a theory but, in the interests of being thorough in the pursuit of the truth, I'd like your opinions on the plausibility of a rather remote possibility which has nagged at me for some time. Here are the facts as I know them and, for God's sake, if I'm wrong, someone please correct me.A) Oswald had been working on the sixth floor the morning of 22/11/63.B) Oswald had asked the porter to send the elevator back up to the sixth floor for him before the porter went to watch the JFK motorcade. Whether this occurred or not is unknown.C) Oswald was seen on the 2nd floor, calmly drinking a Coca-Cola, by a police officer who had rushed into the TSBD immediately after the assassination.D) Oswald would have, if he had come down the stairs, run into two women who were going up the stairs. They did not see him.Okay, here is the $64,000 question, and please don't abuse me too badly for asking it.Could Oswald have taken the elevator from the 6th floor to the 2nd floor and gotten there in time to buy a Coke before the officer made it to the 2nd floor? The thing that bothers me the most about this question is not the possibility of it being true so much as the fact I have see no one, CT or LN'er, ever ask it. Am I missing something here?RegardsBob

Bob, my first thought is that Oswald was never on the sith floor.if my memory serves me there were constuction work going on there .I personally think that no one fired from the 6th floor.funny how we get pointed in these directions by the official version and somehow what they say becomes factI don't believe anythinhg we have been told. less every day.
