I was glad to read he spent 10 years in jail, what a criminal resume he has.How do you figure he has only 38 years more than jfk?

In James Files interview he says that Gary Marlow went to his Motel room after the shooting of jfk and told files he shot tippet and wanted to give files the gun. Files never took the gun and gary left the motel.
