Well, well, well, it appears that Bill Shelley, who is leading the floor laying crew in the TSBD in the days and weeks prior to 11/22/63 just happens to have history with the CIA. Talk about laying the groundwork ..... I mean floorwork.

What you say is true Bob, researcher Bill Kelly pointed-out a little while ago at some of the best information in recent years has come from where information was mis-filed - information is released by mistake - the file where it was meant to be has been carefully filleted and is clean as a whistle....
