I've often wonder weather or not Ruby actually died or they just said he did, and faked his death, and flew him to some island to live out his remaining years. Does anyone have pictures of him in a coffin, in the morgue, or at the hospital? We have pictures of Oswald in the morgue dead and in the hospital. I've never seen a Ruby photo dead. How many people on this forum think he died like they said he did???

What an interesting question JDB4JFK..I don't know can anyone really answer that question..I have often thought that considering his death sentence had been overturned and he was to receive a new trial but he died before he could go to trial he would have been convicted but no death sentence and probably he would have pulled 3 to 5 years and turned loose.. Old Jack would have been his own main attraction at his strip joints hustling drinks and naked women !!

Yes Tommy, but they didn't want a new trial because at a new trial new evidence comes out!!! Like his lawyers said they had evidence that Oswald was killed at Parkland. What else was Ruby telling his lawyers regarding the assassination? Also I do believe that Garrison wanted to interview Ruby and call him as a witness during his trial. So they either had to kill Jack or fake it and ship him to another country, island or whatever. I mean he was a good soldier who took out the guy they ask him to get rid of, so maybe they faked his death and shipped him to a deserted island where he could be watched, but get to live out the rest of his life.Just a thought!
