Did umbrella man shoot a paralyzing dart into JFK's neck?

Interesting in that I recently heard a recording of the late Richard DellaRosa talking about viewing 'the other film'. Richard says that Umbrella man was much more animating and clearly pumping the umbrella up and down than is seen in the Z-film.Whether or not the other film is genuine or not is debatable, but of those who have said that they have seen it and talked, most have reputations as very straight researches. Though even as Greg Burnham admitted, he would not expect people to believe him just on his say-so.
