Dear Forum Members and Readers:

THE U.S. ECONOMY DEPENDS ON DRUGS, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, and CRIME. PERIOD !

HOW's THE 30+ YEARS OF THE WAR ON DRUGS DOING ? WINNING ? WASTED EFFORT ? OR A BIG PHONY SMOKE SCRENE, A PLACEBO FOR "We the People..." ?

ALCOHOL, (a drug), DRUGS, BOTH ILLEGAL AND LEGAL, and ALL FORMS OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE ARE ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL TO THE U.S. ECONOMY. PERIOD !

WITHOUT DRUGS AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE, THE U.S. ECONOMY WOULD SUSTAIN MAJOR JOB LOSSES IN 1 - 2 YEARS.

"We the People..." and Our Leader's and Politician's have Set Up this House of Cards. Think along with me, please.

01.01.2018 ALL ALCOHOL, DRUGS, BOTH LEGAL and ILLEGAL, and ALL FORMS OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE ARE STOPPED DEAD IN THEIR TRACKS 100%.

* All the Attorney's needed for Drugs, DUI's, Substance Abuse, and Related Matters Are No Longer Needed.

* All Court's and Judicial Facilities needed for Drugs, DUI's, Substance Abuse, and Related Matters Are No longer Needed.

* All Border Patrol Agencies, Officer's, and Positions are given 30 day Notices. Their facilities are closed. No need.

* The CIA and all Intelligence Agencies that both Benefit and Cause Substance Abuse are given 30 day Notices. Their facilities are closed. No need.

* All DEA Agents, Facilities, Recruiting, and Training are given 30 day Notices. The DEA is shut down100%. No need.

* 75% of all Prisoners in all jails and prisons have Substance Abuse Issues. Even if they are therefor shoplifting, murder, rape, shootings, etc., they have Drug or Substance Abuse Issues.

* All Law Enforcement, city, county, state, and federal levels that are related to Substance Abuse are given 30 day Notices. 75% of their Facilities and Staff are no longer needed.

* All Law Enforcement, with, county, state, and federal are give 30 day Notices in proportion to their relative reduction in crime because ALL SUBSTANCE ABUSE HAS BEEN STOPPED. Approximately75% of their Facilities and Staff are no longer needed.

* No more jails are built. 75% of all prisoners are shifted to the appropriate medical facilities. And at least 75% of all jail staff and employees are given 30 day notices, as they are no longer needed.

* No more Prisons are built. 75% of all prisoners are shifted to the appropriate medical facilities. Andat least 75% of all prison staff and employees are given 30 day notices, as they are no longer needed.

Does Amazon and Wal*Mart have enough jobs for all of the Out Of Work Former Law Enforcement People ?

How's the Conveyor Belt Educational System suited in America to handle matters going forward, and retro fit our society going forward ?

Maybe the Closed Facilities can be converted to Gaming Facilities ? (08.23.2017, BB).

Dear Forum Members and Readers:

THE OPIOD EPIDEMIC IN THE U.S. IS WORSE THAN ANYONE EXPECTED, and FOR THE MOST PART, WORSE THAN A MAJORITY OF "We the People..." FAILS TO REALIZE and COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND TODAY.

THE AVAILABILITY OF PAINKILLERS, HEROIN, AND FENTANYL IS BEYOND COMPREHENSION, and GROWING DAILY.

NOW, STOP AND REALIZE THAT THIS GROWING PROBLEM IS ON TOP OF ALL PREVIOUS DRUG AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROBLEMS IN AMERICA THAT EXISTED HERETOFORE. (08.24.2017, BB).

U.S.ABC News’ Pierre Thomas Was Shocked After Opioid Epidemic Report The Wrap Brian Flood,The Wrap 4 hours ago ABC News chief justice correspondent Pierre Thomas has been doing in-depth reporting across the country on the opioid epidemic, working with ABC affiliates to determine how many overdoses occurred in a week’s time — the results were worse than he ever expected.

Thomas told TheWrap “the stunning availability of opioids–be it painkillers, heroin or fentanyl” was simply shocking. “We were on one raid in Arizona with the DEA and Tempe police and authorities recovered what they believe was $1 million worth of heroin in a working class neighborhood that could be anywhere in the U.S.,” Thomas said. The ease of obtaining the drugs wasn’t the only thing that stunned Thomas. When speaking with family members, health care professionals and law enforcement officials, Thomas was surprised that “human loss” is such a common occurrence when studying the opioid epidemic. The crisis kills 91 Americans per day, according to their findings.

“According to the CDC, more than 30,000 people died of opioid overdoses in 2015. So many lives lost and so many being ruined,” he said.Different states have different methods of reporting and it takes time for toxicology tests, making tracking opioid overdoses extremely complex — so the number might be even higher than reported.Thomas feels that “aggressive enforcement” is the key to stop the problem, but “many in law enforcement admit you can’t arrest your way out of this crisis.”“There is a need for treatment and a greater push for more public awareness among many other factors,” he said. The special edition of “Nightline” airs on Wednesday, Aug. 23 on ABC.Related stories from TheWrap:MSNBC's Jacob Soboroff Brings 'Sense of Urgency' to Opioid CrisisPrince Died of Opioid Overdose, Tests Show Barack Obama, Macklemore Address Opioid Abuse, Ask For Government Funding (Video)
