Yesterday I saw a picture of Larry Florer who was arrested coming out of the Dal-Tex Building (although some accounts say County Records Building next door) and I thought he looked familiar. His picture looks to be the same as that of Malcolm Wallace who did deeds for LBJ. I am aware that Florer has been falsely compared to Shackley. Florer is the splitting image of Wallace. Any thoughts?Bob

Certainly looks like him, except for the hair parting which appears to be on the opposite side.

Larry Florer was arrested on 11/22/63 after allegedly attempting to make a phone call in the Dal-Tex building. It is said that he appeared to be drunk. I have added an inset of Edmund Kolby, a member of Interpen and a soldier of fortune. Some researchers have suggested that the name Kolby was entered in Oswalds address book. Not much is known about Kolby but he does look a lot like Florer. It was suggested that Kolby had a stammer when he spoke. Question: Did police confuse a stammer for drunken behavior when they arrested Florer?
