yep it restricted oswald from anything exept getting shot.remember Decker said he did not want Oswald in his jail....

Everything is ok Wayne.one thing i noticed about that is Leavelle holds Oswalds pants so he cant move out ov the way of ruby and Leavelle leans back so he is not shot.
