Yes, that Mark Zepezauer. He worked for The Santa Cruz Comic News for a few years and then moved to Tucson to start his own Comic News. After a few years of that he decided to get a real job, and is now teaching fourth grade. He is bloody brilliant, and I'll see if I can get him to post here.Thom

nice comments jim. i love listening to the tapes between lbj and j edgar and you can tell it is obvious that they are talking in code. that there is an underlying meaning to how they are saying things to each other knowing that they are taped but yet giving and getting certain information to each other. i heard the samething in the watergate tapes. welcome aboard.namaste'

welcome aboardThanks Tom, nice to be here. You wrote: i love listening to the tapes between lbj and j edgar and you can tell it is obvious that they are talking in code. When I wrote "A. That Lyndon Johnson and J Edgar Hoover together conspired to obstruct justice by subverting the Constitutionally mandated 14th Amendment due process of law in the JFK murder case. Their conversation to effect that result was recorded." I was specifically referring to the following conversation of theirs:(29th November, 1963) Lyndon B. Johnson: Are you familiar with this proposed group that they're trying to put together on this study of your report...J. Edgar Hoover: I think it would be very very bad to have a rash of investigations on this thing.Lyndon B. Johnson: Well, the only way we can stop them is probably to appoint a high-level one to evaluate your report and put somebody that's pretty good on it... that I can select... and tell the House of Representatives and the Senate not to go ahead with their investigations...There are two elements of a conspiracy. The first is the proposal to perform an illegal or unconstitutional act at some time in the future, and the second is the assent to co-operate in the performance of illegal act by the 2nd party. Johnson here is specifically proposing to Hoover that they bypass and/or ignore altogether US Attorney General Robert F Kennedy's Department of Justice, which was established by the Congress (hence the reference by Johnson to the house and senate) for the purposes of prosecuting federal crimes, in favor of empowering a "high level" gang of persons that Johnson preferred, who, as it turned out had no constitutional authority to prosecute any crime whatsoever. In fact, the Warren commission hearings were non adversarial proceedings, with no authority to convict anyone of anything, and in particular, no lawyer representing the interests of Oswald's family. Also there were no penalties of perjury (punishments for lying to the commission). The Department of Justice (DOJ) was established under the authority of congress in 1870, and is essentially composed of prosecutors who would have had the authority and responsibility to direct the FBI's investigation of the multiple federal crimes committed on Nov 22 thru 24. The cabinet office of the Attorney General, Robert F Kennedy, directed the activities of the DOJ prosecutors, and had direct authority over Hoover. Instead of appointing a deputy Attorney general to prosecute the crimes and direct the FBI in place of the grieving Robert, Johnson permitted Hoover to usurp the authority of the Attorneys General and report directly to him and to a commission which had no constitutional authority to prosecute anyone. In the alternative, the DOJ had authority to prosecute the other crimes I mentioned, 1. Unlawful Removal of the body of a Murder victim from the scene of the crime.2. Transportation of the body of a murder victim across state lines3. Interstate flight to avoid prosecution. The above crimes can only be prosecuted under the authority of the 14th Amendment US District courts which provides for due process of law and the equal protection of Laws for all US citizens, no matter what their state of residence, and regardless of how and where the crimes occurred as the perpetrators escaped from Texas. that there is an underlying meaning to how they are saying things to each other knowing that they are taped but yet giving and getting certain information to each other.Well in this instance the meanings are rather unmistakable:" Let's bypass Robert's and congress's authority here and appoint a gang that we can control, and whose findings won't matter because they won't have the power to convict anyone."Jim Ostrowski

Sure Vince. http://www.just-think-it.com/lbjeh.htmIt pretty obvious to me that Bugliosi, Mack and Posner were all bought off. They aren't stupid...just on this subject. But money does buy disinformation. But does money ever repair the damage done to your soul or conscience?
