I was still in high school. We saw them at Milwaukee County Stadium with over 50,000 fans in attendance if memory serves me correct. I checked You Tube for some video of that tour, but haven't had any luck up to this point. Even without video, the memories are awesome. How many concerts have The Beach Boys as the warm up band?

Bob...Andries...KenNeil Young without a doubt influenced me in my life and writing, and the Beach Boys were always seemingly playing the background. I actually got to meet them minus Brian, and Neil and many others not as a musician myself, but as a limo/van driver for most of the major acts that came into Austin during the mid 80's. Most of them were pretty cool, and I never would tell them that I played. Neil and his band were pretty nuts one night after playing Farm Aid. The worst group I ever drove was Chicago. I wish I could go back, and drive them to the out skirts of town, and leave them.Well Bob, maybe one day I will record the song about the day in the Dallas, but I will probably have to start drinking heavy again for the young man's courage.
