Cheney is generally believed to have been a leading person involved in calling the shots on what the government did and did not do on 911 and the aftermath. Strangely, those who had know him saw him as a changed man from the one they had known in Congress and in previous Republican administrations. He was a sick puppy for years, on heart and other drugs that have side effects of altering consciousness. A new field of medicine is the politician's drug addictions as they affect his/her decision making. We have seen the problematic nature of addicted political leaders over and over, notably Hitler and JFK. I don't think the drugs substatially affected JFK's ability to think effectively, he was extremely brilliant and able to read the morning briefings and newspaper in record time. But drugs certainly limit cognitive function and awareness of danger, picking up on unwritten signals, etc..

I am wondering if anyone has an opinion as to why the 2nd tower hit was the first to fall?Both buildings sustained the same dammage? both collapsed the same way?Strange to me, what about you?did someone screw up and hit the wrong button?
