Antonio Veciana pronounces that Lee Harvey Oswald had close contact to David Atlee Phillips aka Maurice Bishop. And David Atlee Phillips told in his autobiographic manuscript, that Oswald was built up by the CIA as an available patsy. James Files said he saw Veciana on Dealey Plaza and that Oswald was with him the days before 22/11. So Oswald knew a lot about what would be going on at 12:30 there. Obviously he worked a lot at the 6th floor before 12:00 and left his palmprints and clipboard there. Why should he stay at the 2nd floor at 12:31 and not go outside at 12:29?
