Sounds like a great idea here...who are the DEA to tell Cali what to DO/?Their track record ain't too hot at the border...people are getting murdered trying to cross it because of the criminal content peculiar to this arena and the ILLEGAL drug dealers have a monopoly ...the above proposal for Cali to grow thieir own; to legalize and tax would virtually get rid of the some of scum of the earth and their evil murderous MO's...
