I felt that this needed it's own topic. I would have put it under the Israeli spying-9/11 thread.The Lavon Affair happened in 1954 when Israeli agents planted bombs in American, British, and Egyptian-owned targets (one of them was a U.S. diplomatic building) and left behind false evidence that Arabs were the culprits. They ALMOST got away with it if it weren't for one of the bombs detonated prematurely, leading the Egyptians to capture one of the bombers which lead to the "round up" of an Israeli spy ring that was behind this false-flag operation. Does this sound familiar? Cough...9/11...cough!!! This is a documented event where Israelis planted bombs to create terror that could be blamed on Arabs.
