Merci d'avance. Jean-François TRANSLATION WITH SYSTRANET.COM Hello.Bill Chesher is deceased of an heart attack on March 31st, 1964. Its death is suspect. He was regarded as an indirect witness of the assassination of President Kennedy. He would have been at the base of information proving that Ruby and Oswald knew themselves. Can you say some to me more on Bill Chesher, who it was really, its profession? Thank you in advance. Jean-François

Welcome Jean-François. Chesher sure had a convenient death like so many other key witnesses (especially from 1964-1966), no matter what Gary Mack says...
http://whatreallyhappened.com/RANCHO/PO ... eaths.html More on this from Mae Brussell...
http://www.newsmakingnews.com/mbmysteri ... 78.htmHere is information on Chesher in the Warren Report...

A December 11, 1963, DPD report signed by Detective S. W. Biggio statesthat Oswald reportedly had been seen driving Jack Ruby's car on severaloccasions. The source is an acquaintance of another mechanic of Ruby's.This was not Robert Roy, but another mechanic who'd worked on Ruby's car,William J. Chesher, who Detectives Biggio and Stringfellow attempted tocontact -- apparently for the first time -- on April 2, 1964. Their April3 report states that Chesher had indicated (presumably to the police'sinformant) that Oswald "had been driving Jack Ruby's automobile forapproximately two months and that he (the mechanic) knew this becauseOswald had brought Ruby's car to his garage for repairs." Unfortunately,"the officers were informed that subject [Chesher] had died on March 31,1964, of a heart attack."

Frances Irene Hise, while visiting Ruby at the Carousel Club, saw aperson enter through the back door. Ruby said, "Hi, Ozzie," and told himto go to the back room. When Ruby finished speaking with Miss Hise, hejoined "Ozzie." On another occasion the man came into the club and askedHise if he could buy her a drink. She later said there was "no doubt" inher mind that the man was Oswald (59)."Clyde Limbaugh was another employee who had worked for Jack Ruby forthree years. He recalled seeing Oswald in Ruby's office on threeoccasions" (60)."On November 14, Ruby and Oswald visited the New Port Motel in MorganCity, Louisiana. Corrinne Villard, who had known Ruby since 1947, spokewith him for half an hour" (61).Wow! Morgan City, Louisiana!See below Chauncey Holt: -You prepared these ID's and leaflets for Oswald. What were you ordered to do with them? Holt: Sometime between April and June of 1963 was when we first delivered the first documents and leaflets to Oswald. We were given instructions, Dave Palmer gave us instructions. He gave us the copy for them, and we printed them up. And we delivered the documents to George Reynolds. His aide delivered them to New Orleans. Also at that time, we had two kinds of ID's. We had one ID that had Oswald's name and Oswald's picture and another with Oswald's name, but obviously not Oswald's picture. All of these went to George Reynolds. George Reynolds ran the Atchafalaya labor camp among other interests, in Morgan City, Louisiana. The order to produce them and where to deliver them came from Phillip Twombly's office in Fullerton, California. George Reynolds operated a number of companies in the Morgan City area, as far away as Lafayette, but most of his main interests was the Atchafalaya labor camp, which had a P.O. box in Morgan City, although the camp itself was further down in the swamp. We came to know George Reynolds first, through an individual by the name of Guy Main, a close associate of Doctor Park, a Korean. It was our understanding that Park was on MacArthur's staff at the end of WWll and had close ties to the KCIA. And he came to California. Guy Main had an office in his building, which was located at 2600 Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills. George Reynolds accepted them I think that probably Leroy Young delivered them to Oswald. The first time they were used we were not present there in New Orleans because he was distributing them outside some naval base and got shooed away, or something happened. We did not get involved until some months later, in August of 1963. We were advised that Oswald needed some moral support to give out these leaflets. So we went over to create a presence there.Phillip Twombly asked us if we would be willing to fly to New Orleans and give some support to Oswald, who was a stranger to us. The only thing we knew about Oswald at the time was we had detected the address on there as being 544 Camp Street. Although we were not familiar with Oswald we certainly knew what was at 544 Camp Street because we had gone there before. It was the HQ of Sergio A. Smith's organization, the CRC. There was a restaurant in the first floor and Guy Bannister had an office in the building, although he used an address around the corner, it was in the same building. And George Reynolds knew the man who owned the building, a guy by the name of Sam Newman, and he knew him.

http://kennedy.e-monsite.com/rubrique,i ... 666.htmlJe suis arrivé au décès de Bill Chesher.TRANSLATION WITH SYSTRANET A large whole thank you for your information.I encounter some difficulties to translate the texts. Can you assure me that Chesher is well mechanic? I had believed to understand that he worked in the real estate.Concerning the fact that Oswald drove the vehicle of Ruby, I had read that it is history was false quite simply because Oswald could not lead.Could Oswald or not lead?I ask you these questions because I have a heading on my site entitled “mysterious deaths”:
http://kennedy.e-monsite.com/rubrique,i ... 1666.htmlI arrived at the death of Bill Chesher.

As far as I know part time girl friend of Oswald Judyth Baker confirmed that Oswald drove longer journeys with her on the side seat.

Extrait du témoignage de Ruth Paine devant la Commission Warren :Mrs. PAINE. The first time before we had any lesson at all. And atthat time I made it clear I didn't want him to drive in the street. Also, it became clear to me in that lesson that he was very unskilledin driving. La dernière phrase ne veut-elle pas dire qu'Oswald était peu qualifié pour conduire ?C'est ce que je comprends avec un traducteur en ligne mais je n'en suis pas sûr.Extract of the testimony of Ruth Paine before the Warren Commission:Mrs. PAINE. The last sentence doesn't she want to say that Oswald was qualified little to lead?It is what I understand with a translator on line but I am not sure.

I don't think it has any overtones about leadership; just that he was a bad driver. That's probably why she didn't want him to drive in the street.
