For anyone who hasn't read Horne's book (that includes me; although I've flicked through the volumes and done some 'spot reading', it'll be years before I have time to read the whole thing) the memos in this link give a good flavour of the work Horne was doing while working for the ARRB. I found the one on the Air Force One Audio Tapes from November 22, 1963 particularly interesting.http://www.history-matters.com/archive/ ... emos.htmIt doesn't mention here what, if any, response there was to these memos. I would guess the book goes into that, and will see what I can find in there.

I plan to order one of his volumes today.
