JoeDid you go through Last Hurrah Book Shop, Andy Winiarczyk, 570-321-1150.About 1997 I used a couple of New York shops to get Sylvia Meagher, A.J. Weberman, and some others.I would think the Mary Ferrell site would have a line on Penn Jones

i will check them out Phil, thanks.I have found #s 2 and 3 but they are like $150. - $200. each andI don'y need colectors items but would like to see what Penn was seeing back then.I found the original book in paper back that I figure they all were for $35.originally $2.95I think Penn spent his life and fortune on the JFK episode.I can't decide if he was a pioneer of an idiot? maybe we all are.

It's time to establish bronze sculptures on Dealey Plaza for memorial of a) CIA-tool James Files behind the fence b) national anti-police-corruption-hero Roger Craig in the police station c) witness Price on the roof watching Files walking back towards TSBDd) mafiosi Jim Brading locking up the doors for Nicoletti and Roselli in DalTexe) Ed Lansdale meeting 3 faked tramps at TSBDf) assassination specialist "radio man" Orlando Bosch and "umbrella signal man" Witt on Elmg) Jack Dougherty on 6th floor "the man never being asked serious questions"h) Captain Will Fritz, the "interrogation tapes destroying man"g) Mr. Caster the "organizator of rifles into the TSBD man"h) Roy Truly the "leading-policeman-to-non-working-or-non-relevant-elevators-man"i) two imposter shooters on the TSDB 6th floor west and east window, who do not look like Oswald at all, rather like Mooney and Moralesetc. etc. All sculpures should be formed realistically like these men actually looked like. If bronze is too expensive take other materials. Sell this to the Dallas authorities as part of the "Dirt-from-the-US-flag-removal-campaign-no-true-patriot-can-object-to". Finance it with advertizing clips for washing powder specialized on dirt removal from US-flags. (The dirt pretty much looks like Mack- or Bugliosi- or Hanks-shit) Start with it: now!

I have not completed the entire bookForgive my Grief Ibut so far it is made up of articles thatPenn published in his newspaper "The Midlothian Mirror"It is amazing what he saw right off, not a lot different than what weare looking at today. Penn was a pretty sharp old cookie.

Penn wasn't the only sharp cookie among the early pioneers of JFK researchers:

Ken and JoeHarold Weisberg was a very sharp cookie. It is difficult to get through his work as every page is immersed in sarcasm and droll irony regarding the machinations of the coverup. The investment in seven of his books in 1997 also won me a hand-penned note from his wife Lillian.I particularly enjoy the picture of this active senior thoroughly deconstructing a CIA asset quite his junior in years in Case Open (1994) though the former had just had open-heart surgery.Meagher, too, noted anomalies by the bushel basket, and won the slurs and smears of the Great Posnerini for her success.

Speaking of Penn Jones Jr., Harold Weisberg and other authors, Tom Rossley might be able to help you get some of their books...

Sylvia Meagher's book "Accessories After The Fact" is one one of the first books that I read on the assassination. That book demolished the Warren Commission myth. So did Weisberg's "Whitewash" as well.
