The illegal drug trade is a worldwide black market consisting of production, distribution, packaging, and sale of illegal psychoactive substances. The illegality of the black markets purveying the drug trade is relative to geographic location, and the producing countries of the drug markets (many South American, Far East, and Middle East countries) are not as inclined to have "zero-tolerance" policies, as the consuming countries of the drug trade (mostly the United States and Europe) are. The economic reality of the massive profiteering inherent to the drug trade serves to extend its reach despite the best efforts of law enforcement agencies worldwide. In the wake of this reality, the social consequences (crime, violence, imprisonment, social unrest) of the drug trade are undeniably problematic. The solution to the problems of illegal drug trafficking lies not in tougher laws or law enforcement but in the attitudes of people toward the sale and consumption of such items.

There was a record number of cars towed in Chicago on this 65 degree weekend, without a flake of snow in sight. And the fines are at record levels.Also, this weekend in Chicago, the laws against armed robbery, drug dealing, murders, rape, and numerous violent crimes are also in effect. Yet you merely need to pay attention to the News Media in Chicago about the epidemic of violent crimes increasing almost geometrically.No Controlled, Major Successful Programs are stopping Drugs, Gangs, Murders, and Shootings in Chicago,Illinois. This will increase and spread. My Opinion.But if it snows, the snow plows can make it through in this 65 degree weather.It seems to me that there are some common sense misplaced priorities. No not misplaced, its a business to tow everyones car, its a business to pass laws that make no sense to make money and its a business to make sure the drug trade is in full effect selling there goods. Who brings in plane loads of drugs into the USA daily and distributes them daily. Imagine the volume of drugs that come into the country to able to supply every city across the country. Why would they want to disrupt there big business, its better to let the drugs flow and tow people cars away to make sure they get the money from both ends. No it makes no sense but it can only mean one thing. Who is controlling the drugs and able to get away with it? Who is able to kill JFK RFK MLK and able to get away with it. So much corruption very little freedom, I wonder what it will be like in 30 years.

The CIA has been involved in drug trafficking for decades. They use their bed-partners (Big Banking) to launder their money. The CIA did this in Southeast Asia, Central America (think about Barry Seal) and currently Afghanistan, where opium is abundant. There is a reason why George H.W. Bush is nicknamed, "Poppy" by those close to him. When Ronny Reagan was almost assassinated by another "lone nut", with Poppy waiting in the wings, Bush basically took over the White House. Poppy was definitely the point man for the Iran/Contra affair and you know he played a big part in the funding and arming of a couple of guys named Osama and Saddam.Poppy was also the point man with the CIA drug trafficking in Mena, Arkansas, when then Governor Bill Clinton approved of that operation. That is where the Bush-Clinton relationship first started to blossom.
