Darrell Graf is the former Chief of Police for the City of Medina, ND, graduating from the North Dakota Law Enforcement
Training Center in August, 1976. He is currently President and CEO of PEMNA Fire Apparatus, Ltd., in Fargo, ND. He holds
two patents on firefighting devices he invented, and in addition, is still active in fire fighting and rescue training.
Steve Schnabel is the former Colonel of the police department for the City of Medina, ND, graduating from the North
Dakota Law Enforcement Training Center in April of 1981. He is also a staff sergeant for the North Dakota Army National
Guard of which he has been a member for 19 years. Steve is currently a customer service representative for a manufacturing
company in Fargo, ND.

MOVING ON:
Darrell Graf loved America, all law abiding citizens, families, children, dogs, Law Enforcement Officers, and his own family and
professional friends.
Darrell always was the quality of an American that you would want to be a Chief of Police, leading officers with dignity, fairness and
respect.
Darrell always was the quality of an American that you would want to be the Chief of Police if you or your loved ones were in need
of fair-minded, rational Law Enforcement involvement.
Steve Schnabel was the consummate ideal Colonel Police Officer who loved his country by also serving the North Dakota National Guard
as a Staff Sergeant for 19 years. Steve walked the walk and talked the talk always leading with example. Darrell always hoped that his
admired, respected, trusted fellow officer and friend would succeed him as Chief of Police.
Darrell Graf and Steve Schnabel were the absolute Professional Dedication to their Profession and the Americans they served. They
always tried to do the right thing, at the right time, for the right reasons.

as a Staff Sergeant for 19 years. Steve walked the walk and talked the talk always leading with example. Darrell always hoped that his
admired, respected, trusted fellow officer and friend would succeed him as Chief of Police.
