Earlier today I responded to the below email from James D. Scott, a greatly admired, respected, trusted friend
of Jimmy Files and me.
Jim Scott is a Retired US Marine Major, a Retired Virginia State Trooper, and now a Security Consultant.
Jim Scott is also an academic, analytical, brilliant, dedicated, focused, interviewer, reader, researcher and
writer about JFK and Related Subject Matters, and James Earl Sutton a/k/a Jimmy Files.
Jim Scott has been amassing his developing and growing Body of Works on the JFK Removal and Related Subject
Matters simultaneously with Jimmy Files Complete History.

Subject: Harassment & Illegal Surveillance by "da Gov"
Hi Robert,
In response to your email requesting examples of government harassment and surveillance by "someone", I submit this information. About a week before I traveled to Dallas to meet James and Pamela Ray Files for the 60th anniversary of the JFK assassination, "someone" hacked into my personal laptop on Veterans Day, Saturday morning, 11 November 2023. I was locked out of my laptop computer for about 5 hours from approximately 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. That "someone" opened my JFK 60th anniversary PowerPoint Presentation and completely rearranged the material on the slides and deleted some of the material. I believe they were trying to scare me; it didn't have that effect. It really only served to piss me off. I have attached a copy of my original JFK Assassination 60th Anniversary PowerPoint Presentation that I had several copies of in secure places. I have a huge dead man switch that will release a lot of embarrassing secret info about important people and agencies that will disclose their criminal activity and corruption. Plus, I am not afraid to die for such an important purpose...the American people need and deserve to know the truth that the CIA planned and executed Operation ZIPPER, their scheme to assassinate President John F. Kennedy. I would volunteer to serve as the lead executioner that ends the lives of the traitorous officials who have robbed our treasury and corrupted our governmental institutions.
On Tuesday, 21 November 2023, I presented the attached JFK Assassination 60th Anniversary PowerPoint Presentation, based on James Files direct role as the grassy knoll shooter, to a standing room only audience at the Homewood Suites in Dallas of about 80 people for over 5 hours. James Files and I covered every slide in detail with several questions being answered. The entire presentation was video taped by a professional documentary film company using a large $100,000 video camera. A portion of the interview was filmed by an Independent News Journalist named Corrine Clifford using her cellphone. I am an open book, anyone who you share this information with can feel free to call me if you or they have any questions.
