Dear Forum Members and Readers:

Lieutenant Colonel Dan "Dangerous Dan" Marvin, friends of both J and B, was attacked by Eaglesham, the U.S. Government, the CIA, and the Special Forces.

Dan Marvin Won against everybody.

This is germane today for what Dan went through, and accomplished.

Dan Won against the CIA in FEDERAL COURT ! Rare.

This is germane today because the same forces that attack truth seekers, all conspired either
directly, or indirectly against Dan. We may not always agree on every issue. But hopefully
we can all at least try to row together.

As always, I strongly recommend that you first read, research, and study material completely yourself about a Subject Matter, and then formulate your own Opinions and Theories.

Any additional analyses, interviews, investigations, readings, research, studies, thoughts, or writings on any aspect of this Subject Matter ?

Bear in mind that we are trying to attract and educate a Whole New Generation of JFK Researchers who may not be as well versed as you.

03.05.2007 - I originally Posted and Circulated the above Very Powerful Headline that never
received the attention that it deserved.

Lieutenant Colonel Daniel "Dangerous Dan" Marvin, Retired, Won a Powerful Law Suit brought
against him by the Strongest Powers of the U.S. Government.

I remember when Dan called me after All Proceedings were complete.

The Federal Court Judge asked Dan for an Autographed Copy of his book. The very same Federal
Court Judge who could have ruled grievously against Dan.

Dan said he gratefully and humbly complied, with Respect. That was Dan's Way.

Reviewing any and all material from Dan Marvin is given through the keen eyes and mind of a
Vietnam Sergeant Green Beret War Hero - and a Sincere Christian Patriot - (full disclosure - my
long time trusted friend who sent me all some his research, studies, and writings - which we daily/
weekly reviewed/discussed. Dan had a memory and documentation system that was incredible.

As always, I strongly recommend that you first read, research, and study material completely yourself about a Subject Matter, and then formulate your own Opinions and Theories.
