Interestingly, Ken, there is just as much information in this movie, especially the medical testimony, that contradicts the WC findings as there is info that supports it. I can see why this film was suppressed.

Some of you may have seen the ficticious trial of LHO on Showtime in 1986, with Vince Bugliosi as the prosecuting attorney. What wasn't known at the time, was that Bugliosi was an attorney for David Atlee Phillips, and that DAP was feeding Bugliosi information and insight about LHO. I've posted the letter that DAP sent to Bugliosi from the time period. I'll see if I can find that thread again.

Bugliosi's integrity and truthfulness regarding the JFK assassination would forever be tarnished once he began that relationship with Phillips. It certainly explains his ridiculous book.

Since there is a recent thread regarding Vince Bugliosi, I thought I would bring this one back to shed some light on old Vince. As many of you know, I saw Vince speak at my college in the mid-to-late 70s. He obviously talked about Charles Manson and his book Helter Skelter, but he spent most of his time telling us the RFK assassination was a conspiracy, that reached all the way up to the government. That assertion is 180 degrees different than his views on the JFK assassination and his book called Reclaiming History. In the book, he basically says the Warren Commission was right and that Lee Harvey Oswald was just a lone nut.Something doesn't jell when you look at these two completely different trains of thought. So, what happened?Vince became a CIA asset. It started when he became a lawyer for David Atlee Phillips. Like so many others, like in politics and with the MSM (Chris Matthews and Bill O'Reilly come to mind), Bugliosi sold his soul and his integrity to the CIA.By the way, the letter I posted earlier in this thread from DAP to Bugliosi was found by our own Randy Bednorz in the Library of Congress.Check out this video that talks about the two different takes Vince has on the JFK and RFK assassinations...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQ4UgPBS ...
