Has Files told the WHOLE truth? Hell no, for obvious reasons. I also believe what Wim says and also what Bruce Brychek says, as he is without a doubt Jimmy's best friend. But two of the biggest references that Files has are two people that I would be proud to have as my OWN references...Zack Shelton and Dan Marvin. Shelton is a decorated FBI agent that knows about the things that Files has elaborated on and has confirmed it. Dangerous Dan was in military intelligence and he also knows what Files has said, and he has confirmed it. That's good enough for me.

Frenchy wrote:Chris and Pasquale read thishttp://spot.acorn.net/JFKplace/03/MS/1-vr.htmlI'm still reading it, but what I immediately caught in that article or report are the following problems regarding the criticisms:In item number 1, regarding the teeth marks on the shell casing found behind the picket fence, although the shell casing that was found behind the picket fence was well known, what was NOT known was that the dent on it was made by human teeth. The fact that the indentations on the shell are from human teeth was verified AFTER Files told his story about it. Item number 2 states "Oswald as tourguide." The author doesn't explain why "Oswald as tourguide" is a problem. Hasn't this author ever had a relative come from out of town who had to be shown around? I have, and I'm not even a good tourguide. LOLItem number 3 says that the bitten shell casing was a detail that was previously known. That's a false statement. The markings or dents on the shell casing were not known to be TEETH marks. As for the plaid coat, I don't know what the author is talking about.Item number 4 says that inserting Phillips into the story is a problem. Why? The author doesn't give a reason.Item number 5 has some false statements. Eugene Brading may or may not have been photographed, but someone who looks just like Jack Ruby was. (I can't find the picture of Ruby in Dealy Plaza, but I've seen it. Can anybody post it here?) Eugene Brading was also arrested in the lobby of the Dal Tex building and let go. So in this item, the author appears to be making false statements. Item number 6 says that there were no Secret Service men turning people away after the assassination. Well, the Secret Service said that they didn't have anybody on the ground, and I believe that Officer Joe M. Smith is one of the officers who encountered a bogus Secret Service man on the knoll AFTER the assassination. So, the author appears to be making a false statement here too. Here's the link to Officer Joe M. Smith's statement.http://www.jfklancer.com/ManWho.htmlItem number 7 is basically the author stating that he believes that Files is lying about having the hard evidence. He basically says that Files claiming that he destroyed the evidence is a suspicious excuse for not having it.

the whole "tourguide" thing is kinda crazy....they were there on a mission...they(Oswald and Files) had military background,if anything Files looked at things as terrain, wheres the best exit and so on...look at it from an operation not a vacation.
