Dear Messers. Wim Dankbaar, Bob, Tom Jeffers, and Fellow JFK Forum Members:As many of you may know, Blackwater has been renamed Xe, pronounced Zee.Xe is quietly receiving increased funding, and increased responsibilities.A few years ago during one of our lunch meetings Jimmy Sutton/Files predictedthat Blackwater, and its agents were practically invincible.Today, Jimmy reminded me of what he said. Please correct me if I am wrong. Is anyone aware of one (1) single serious prosecutionfor murder of any Blackwater/Xe Agent ?In addition, I have been advised that some/many Blackwater/Xe Agents enjoy two (2) statuses:1. Blackwater/Xe Status.2. CIA Contract Agent Status, or CIA Covert Agent Status.Comments ?Respectfully,Bruce Patrick Brychek.

Washington - The United States government is reviewing options for proceeding with the prosecution of five Blackwater contractors accused of killing innocent Iraqi civilians in a September 2007 shooting. US State Department spokesman PJ Crowley said Friday that a December 31 decision by a federal judge to dismiss manslaughter charges against the five security guards does not "exonerate the defendants or necessarily terminate the proceedings."http://www.earthtimes.org/articles/show ... -case.html
