This recent book claims that RFK had Marilyn murdered. I don't buy this for a second. Bobby was a complex man, but a murderer he was not.

On UNSOLVED MYSTERIES they featured a cop who stopped a car at the end of her street & in the backseat was RFK. Fact.

Although I believe Bobby Kennedy was at Marilyn's place the night she died (while supposedly in the San Francisco area), I think he went there to get her diary and to try and talk some sense into her, because she was getting very careless with her talk (regarding JFK and others). Now remember what was going on at the time. RFK was Attorney General and was going after the Mob with a vengeance. Marilyn's place was bugged and the Mob knew RFK was there that evening. After he left, the Mob took care of Marilyn, which was a strong message to Bobby to get off the Mob's back. Also, it was Joseph Kennedy, the father of JFK and RFK, who had a good relationship with the Mob and had made deals with them. Obviously RFK disagreed with his father's relationship. I think it all started in the late 1950s when Bobby was going after Jimmy Hoffa hard in the Senate hearings, when he was chief counsel. RFK later wrote a book called The Enemy Within which talked about all the corruption and lawlessness of the Teamsters. Bobby's war with the Mob later led to what happened on 11/22/1963, as organized crime certainly played a role in the assassination of JFK, although the CIA (their marriage partner) called the shots.

Once again, who benefitted?
RFK and JFK benefitted.
She was certainly murdered, but why?
The why usually leads to the who.
Who gave the order and why?
