The Cheney deathsquad thread took an interesting turn that reminded me of this:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YE1PyGzTr54 I was gonna post this link there, but it kinda deserves its own thing. Pause the play anywhere between 4:50 & 4:55 to find Haldeman referring to Gemstone by name. Search Gemstone files if you're unsure what that is. This recording is a smoking gun in a few ways.

That was the smoking gun Bob. Here is a site I found that talks about the Gemstone File...http://www.theforbiddenknowledge.com/ha ... files.htmI obviously don't agree with everything that was written on this site about the Gemstone File, but at least is gives one some understanding about what Nixon was talikng about.

Well, it is the smoking in the historical context, but What I was driving at was that there's a a few ways that this is a a smoking gun, or maybe there's more than one gun smoking in this recording. That more accurately delineates what I was trying to get at, I guess.
