One rifle or two?

Post by Bob »

Once again, Gil Jesus has put together another great video that helps show the idiocy of the lone nut club.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vq25loEpBroThis doesn't even talk about what Roger Craig witnessed in the TSBD shortly after the assassination when he saw a mauser...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPIo8B7S ... tedYes...I said mauser. So did Walter Cronkite and the MSM right after the JFK assassination...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1AqqNKsW ... e=relatedI wouldn't worry about Jimmy Files and his remington fireball if I was a member of the lone nut club, I would try to get the story right about the gun that Lee Harvey Oswald "allegedly" used.

Good stuff, Bob. Do you suppose the finding of the Mauser (and the leaving behind of the Mauser) was something that went wrong (from the planners point of view? It just seems strange that they would intentionally leave two rifles behind if they are trying to pin it on a lone gunman- why didn't they take the Mauser with them? Or is there an innocent explanation for it having been there (which seems unlikely). Any ideas?

I just think the conspirators screwed up. However, they knew they could control the MSM and Cronkite did his part by "clearing up" the mauser/carcano issue. Plus, they also knew the LBJ and J. Edgar Hoover were in their hip pocket in terms of the "investigation".

Yes...it appears that we have a "magic rifle" as well as a "magic bullet". Good magicians can fool a lot of folks...like some in the lone nut club.

Never mind the fact when Marina supposedly mentioned this at the time Nixon was no where near the Dallas area. I guess Oswald was going to take the bus with another "bulky package" and look for him.

I wouldn't worry about Jimmy Files and his remington fireball if I was a member of the lone nut club, I would try to get the story right about the gun that Lee Harvey Oswald "allegedly" used. There are two strategies for the lone nut club: 1) Defending that Lee Harvey Oswald fired three shots alone with his Mannlicher Carcano.2) Attacking all other credible evidence to the contrary.Strategy 2 is more effective, for it suggests that strategy 1 remains as the obvious truth, without having to explain it. I've come to the conclusion that the only time to engage with lone nutters is when there is an audience of those wishing to learn more about the JFK assassination, and even then it has limited appeal.I have no interest in arguing with them- it's a waste of time.

That why when John and Bill said they came over to debate the Jimmy Files story, and then proceded NOT to debate the Jimmy Files story, but instead go on a whimsical rant...aka disinformation, it was time to stop the discussion. Let's continue the momentum we have started with some of our research.

Good posts guys. Why would Oswald use a bolt-action rifle instead of a M-14 rifle that he used in the Marines? Oh, then we have the testimonies of his fellow marines on his shooting ability: http://karws.gso.uri.edu/JFK/the_critic ... _shot.html
