V John I thougt oswald did not talk to any policeman before he was arrested he was only identified and confirmed as a guy who worked at the TSBD when a policeman and Oswald,s supirior came in the room were LHO just wanted to leave at that moment but there was no conversation at all.Are you sure that his work was finished ? i alway,s thought he left all at once, and he was missing there were also other employes missing,but that didn,t matter

Joe...interesting thing to me is him running into the theater...I knew someone tied into an agency and they shot up a cop car in Brooklyn,basically to get arrested yo either save his own ass or something of importance was going down and he has his alibi why he wasnt involved...I think Oswalds motive for going into the theater was the same...maybe a little too late and didnt expect he would be taken out by Ruby...but another crazy thing to me is why would Oswald go back to his room to get a hand gun?...if (according to lone nutters) Oswald was looking for attention for by shooting the President...why wouldnt he have had the hand gun on him?...sorry if I'm off topic here folks

Verry good point,i for myself dismiss 90% the story that he has been ordered to go there by D A PhillipsBut on the other hand that 10% i,l keep open because they find him right after in the theatre and that looks some like that he has been watched ?

Again, we have to look at all of the Oswald impersonators and doubles as we try and figure all this out. Some say that one Oswald was taken out of the back of the Texas theater, while the Oswald we know as brought out the front. Or that Roger Craig saw Oswald jump into a station wagon after the assassination, while other people saw Oswald leave the TSBD via taxi. Plus, you have Billy Lovelady also working at the TSBD. Lovelady and Oswald crossed paths ar Dallas police headquarters in fact, after the assassination.

Dear Joe;Oswald's timing doesn't give much time forthat, I don't think, Sir.--------Okay we know that he talked with Ofc. Bakerat 12:31:30 and then bought a Coke, walkeddown to the first floor and then spoke withtwo (2) diferent people before leaving TSBD.This is believed to be about Five (5) minutesmaking the time now 12:36:30 +/-. He then walks a few blocks and gets on a Busand rides for a short while (time unknown) &gets off when it gets stuck in traffic.If this all took ten (10) minutes It's now12:46:30 +/- PM CST.He then walks 4 more blocks and gets intoa Cab (time unknown) and then rides almost home (time unknown) arriving just after the Television News (in progress) had begun. This would make about 1:01:00 PM CST +/-.That's fourteen (14) minutes +/_ for the Cabride.He then leaves tha home and goes back to the Bus Stop and waits for the Bus.--------I hope this helps.

oswald taking a bus and a cab was a myth. below is his testimony while in custody:"I had said that [Dallas Police Captain Will] Fritz had said to Oswald, 'This man saw you leave' (indicating me). Guys,My version takes about the least time of any.The map put out be Lancer has him running all over Oak Cliff.I don't think he ever went to his apartment.I also think Roger Craigs sighting of him leaving Dealey holds water.We know if he was at the TSBD he had to leave.I think he and Ruby were very close and had been together in the days before the shooting.So it is a good chance Ruby was the one what picked him up I also suspect the one of the Paine's may have done it.Maybe Paine droped him off and Ruby was not there?In order for this to make sence you need to plot out all the involved locations on a good map.I have done this on my GPS and when you see it that way all of a sudden you can see what most likely happened. Everytime I study this I am more convinced.He and Ruby knew he was screwed.Ruby's apartment was on the south side of Oak Cliff about 5 miles from Dealey.I think they headed for Ruby's apartment.I think LHO left Ruby's apartment and headed north toward his apartment and in just about 3 blocks he ran across the guy who shot Tippit.I also think the shooter may have given Oswald the pistol to get rid of? or use?Then he changed directions and went another 4-5 blocks to the Theater.All this happened in within a few blocks.3 1/2 blocks from Ruby's Apt. to Tippit shooting then 5 blocks to the Theaater.less than a mileAlso by then there were police cars and sirens running around. The lady at the Theater says she was outside trying to see what was going on. At that time LHO slipped into the Theater probably in a hurry to get away from being seen by the cops.
