Imagine the greatest Depression ever directly ahead of us and all the tries of the presidents to create a "better control of the financial system", while the radicalization of the impoverished peoples increases and the politicians declare in their helplessness the chief torchers to the chief fire brigade. Doesn't it lead to a Digital World Currency, controlled by the CIA, who is blackmailing independant thinking and separatism with automatic account deletion or manipulation?

Of course control can only be done by those who have the knowledge of the agenda of the ruling ones on top of the chain of command, but the CIA has got the equipment.
