Dealey Joe wrote:Mike that is one of the main problems.we have very few actual factsExactly Joe. That's what makes this so frustrating. After almost 50 years no clear cut, absolute evidence. If there was this vast conspiracy then someone somewhere would have slipped up by now. That is why I've gone from a pro vast conspiracy, multiple shooters point of view to believing there was just one shooter (not Oswald), possibly two shooters from the 6th floor. The main thing I cannot reconsile is if there was one shooter: one miss, magic bullet, fatal head shot.. then where does the shot that does the damage to the windshield and Tague injury come from?? That is why I cannot completely rule out the Dal-Tex bldg. What are your thoughts on Judyth Baker? Believe her story or is she a nut job?
Re: "Interview with the Assassin"
Welcome Mike. You say you aren't so sure about a conspiracy regarding the JFK assassination. I have one question for you. Do you believe the single bullet theory as layed out by the Warren Commission is possible? Also, hopefully knowing that Gerald Ford, who was on that commission, has admitted to moving up JFK's back wound several inches to fit the SBT.

Re: "Interview with the Assassin"
Mike, i have no trouble believing James Files, Judyth Vary Baker, Ed Haslam, and Chauncy Holt.there are others who are very convincing also and tend to tie the stories togetherThese folks have all told their story and have been put thru the Vetting processes and passed with flying colors.I accept what they say as factual evidence. It is a great base to work from.If you listen to Jimmy Files he gives us a great insight into LHO and solves a few problems. We can use one part of his story to pretty much eliminate one of the so called Oswalds in Dealey and OakCliff that day.In other words there was a guy in Dealey and Oak Cliff that day following LHO to exterminate him.Things, as sometimes do, just didn't quite go as planned. It happens to me all the time.but it is very traceable and to me apparent what most likely happened.I stay in touch with Judyth on a regular bassis and she has no reason to lie nor would she have a lot of the information she has had she not been directly involved.Jimmy and Judyth are getting very reclusive as the "research comunity" pretty much has chosen not to put any crredibility to their stories.Instead of embracing them and using their evidence they are being put down.Wim has single handed provided us enough factual evidence to Solve the JFK Murder and probably several othes.A lot of researchers don't like that because of one reason or another and have either keep quiet or resorted to a frontal attackhalf the people on this forum chose not to accept their stories. They do not want to solve anything they areonly interested in the search.Do I think Jimmy and Judyth have told the whole story? No, their have been things they have either forgoten or for personal reasobs felt better not told. they do not owe us anyhing, We have no right to expect or demand more. Why should they stay involved when they are being slammed? They have nothing to prove..

shrapnel can account for those things, the car was full of it.no one can tell you exactly what bullet fragments are going to do rattling around in a car.JFK's neck wound was a fragment, there was no apparent dammage to the spine nor an exit.I think most of the fragments happend on the first shot right after they turned the corner, I founda still picture where averyone one is looking toward the Daltak building.somewhere in here http://jfkmurderphotos.bravehost.com/photos.html you can find that picture.

Therein lyes the rub for me. Do I think their is the possibility of other shooters either on the knoll or Dal-Tex bldg? absolutely. And for years I believed that wholeheartedly. But as the years have past more doubt has crept in my mind about it. I totally admit I could be wrong. To summarize my postion I do not think there was a shooter anywhere in or around the pergola, black dog man area or at the badgeman location. I think Gordon Arnold's story is a total fabrication. If what he said it true there would be some photographic evidence of him somewhere. That whole area is just too small. To anyone reading this, if you don't mind replying for a count of who has and hasn't been to Dealey plaza.. The one comment I get from people who have been there is "its alot smaller than I thought it would be" comes up alot. That and I cannot believe that whole area (pergola mostly) is in just disrepair. I know it the site of a national tragedy but I think it should be kept up alot better.Again looking forward to future discussions.. gotta get ready for work.
Re: "Interview with the Assassin"
James files gets lots off critics from serveral angles, also from people i dislike, well known reseachers stay back on this if they have great doubts is it because the evidence is not vissible enough or is it their heart that say, sanything else but not this ?we dont need to study the letterman top 10 gap story off files because that,s interesting but it cannot be checked out anymore.Has files ever done a lie ditectortest ? if there is one person who should do that he is the one,his statement is a bit more interesting than that of roscou white.
Re: "Interview with the Assassin"
Mike, you said, "at first was an absolute conspiracy theorist but now not so sure." However, you also said, "Here is my take in a nutshell: Six floor shooter or shooters, not Oswald. Mac Wallace?? Oswald was a patsy." You realize if Oswald was not involved, that there WAS indeed a conspiracy, especially the way the MSM and the U.S. government have chosen to tell the "truth".

Bob,I know, I know.. this subject just drives me nuts!! your right. I do belive there was a limited conspiracy, as dumb as that sounds. What I don't believe is several teams (3+) of shooters and a coverup by the Dallas PD, Dallas mayor, FBI, CIA, mafia, oil barrons, secret service, VP Johnson, Bush, etc.. just too many cooks in the kitchen for me to believe.I know when people theorize and say the FBI or Dallas PD it doesn't mean the whole dept, it just means a select few but still to me that is just too many people for it not to fall apart. Here we are almost fifty yrs later and it still hasn't fallen apart. When the rubber meets the road I guess with hundreds of people in Dealey plaza with probably dozens of still cameras and movie cameras, not one person took "the photo" that ends all doubt. Maybe the "babushka lady" but hasn't Beverly Oliver's story been disproven??Have you ever visited Dealey plaza? just curious.

Hardly anyone was there either, because of the time of day. It is a small area. But also knowing what was transpiring that day (JFK motorcade), I can see how one could have shooters in various positions, especially if fake secret service personnel were on hand to keep people away from those areas. We know fake SS people were on hand in the area Jimmy Files was stationed at.

Unspeakable
Reading James Douglass; JFK and the Unspeakable there is an inexorable path to the conclusion that the highest levels ordered the 35th president taken out.Bill Clinton raced to be the first to shake JFK's hand at the 1963 Boys' Nation; yet would not pursue the truth in the murder.170 had died in Vietnam by November 22, 1963.That's no way to sell helicopters. Our friend from the financial houses of Boston and New York deplored the billion-a-week in checks Brown & Root got from LBJ for work in Vietnam. And of course POTUS was the traitor betraying national security to the Soviets--that little gem came from top Secret Service aide to Earl Warren, Elmer Moore. There was a widespread contempt for Kennedy, and a wink was as good as a nod.Who then had the power to remove Johnson with his March 68 statement, Nixon with his 8 Aug 74 resignation.Cui bono.
