ok here is my take on Posnerhe is a self centered egotistical jerk that dont know what he is talking about.he discounts the dallas doctors that are on video telling that the wound to kennedys head was rear blowout.he also discounts the pictures that clearly show Oswald,Ferrie and shaw at a party.he trys to discount the pictures of Ferrie and Oswald in the civil air patrolhe has no sense of realaty everybody is either a physco or has been in an instatution he tells nothing of importance to the case just a bunch of B.S is all it is he pays no attention to the truth he dont know fact from fiction.....it is a good book if you want to be FOOLED..

JerryI believe Posner co-opted the prosecution's case in the mock trial of Lee Oswald by the American Bar Association. Took advantage of research by others for a different purpose in order to advance his career.The late Harold Weisberg in his 1994 book Case Open takes Posner apart, revealing him to be a very little man.Posner is of the “lalalala, I can't hear you” school of argument, a blockhead jabbering propaganda.He presents as a universal tool, serving as Mike Wallace's butt boy in the hatchet attack on Christopher Ruddy regarding the contrivance of Vincent Foster's demise to protect the Promis software of the New World Order some say (while others cite Waco guilt).When the Davidian defendants' Forward-Looking Infra Red (FLIR) analyst Carlos Ghigliotti was on the verge of proving 200 shots into the building which served as the New World Order's gas chamber/ovens for 80 men women and children, Ghigliotti conveniently died, and Posner madly trumpeted “death by natural causes.”And now karma has caught up to Peter Posner Plagiarist."Men are from Mars; women from Venus, but, you, Gerald Posner, have your head in Uranus."

Gentlemen,Don't give Posner that much credit. It seems to me that he's writing his crap on purpose.The link below is a study that was done of ONLY the first one hundred factual errors in his book. Those first one hundred factual errors were divided into three groups: Mistakes that lean toward the idea of conspiracy, mistakes that lead toward the Oswald-did-it-alone idea, and inconsequential mistakes.Guess what the study found. Seventy-eight mistakes lean toward the Oswald-did-it-alone idea, twenty-two mistakes are inconsequential mistakes, and a whopping ZERO, or NONE of those first one hundred mistakes lean toward a conspiracy. It seems to me that those factual mistakes in his book were not made by mistake. The only thing I think Posner got right was when Kennedys arms went up...the bullet in the back hit a certain muscle(the name escapes me) and made JFK's arms to raise and lock his arms into place..otherwise he's a clown

something i forgot to mentition is that he trys to discount the rolands by saying that mrs roland said that said that mr roland was a nut and lied about what he told the police about seeing someone on the sixth floor posener said he was told that it was a fictious story bruce i just cant give him any credit for chopping up the evidence so badly

Just look at a typical picture of Posner. He's a brown-noser. You can see it. I'm sure he knows that he looks that way too.In my opinion, he's not doing what he's doing for kicks. He being TOLD to, and compensated (like Gary Mack "The (Salty) Sack") for what he is doing.
