Wim,Forgive my laziness in looking things up - is this the same bombing that Posada organised?I've not heard anything about James Files being involved in that operation before.

Thanks Wim.With this evidence then, we have the potential to open-up a whole new line of investigation.Provided that these documents have been verified, there is a whole new history to uncover re: James Files, CIA/cubans post-Dallas. If James Files still has names to 'give-up' I think we may have some new clues - he is not talking any more, but if he gets the word that Bosch is dead and Posada is Scot-free and can look forward to living-out his days in comparative comfort, while the man himself rots in Statesville, he may yet have words to speak.James Files should have been subpoenaed for the Posada case with this evidence. Else we are dealing with some outrageously incompetent prosecutors in the case - is it any wonder Posada walked?

He is talking about a Russian that he shot, I think the night before Letelier was killed. But I can't figure out how this is connected to the case.
