Dory, you think my point is to convince Morley? Nooh! The point is to point out that this committee is acting very stangely. By refusing to
call real witnesses that are still alive, that were actually there! Only so called "experts" like Oliver Stone and Jefferson Morley, who were
not present on the crime scene. Why don´t they call me or Bruce Brychek, who knows James Files like no other? Oliver Stone who wanted
desperately to interview James Files on camera? He even signed a contract for that.

But James Files refused to sign that agreement. Because he "didn´t like the man". Oliver Stone has been silent about James Files ever since.
While he knows that James has given two on camera interviews since his refusal to be interviewed by Stone. But Stone has no known opinion
about Files? Why is that?

The point is: If there is a man still alive, who claims he fired the fatal headshot from the infamous grassy knoll (where many witnesses say the
fatal shot came from) you are going to call him to testify! Whether you believe him or not! Hearing a witness has a twofold purpose. Either to
prove or disprove him! A man claiming to have fired the killshot, not Lee Harvey Oswald, is normally a dream witness! That Luna refuses to call
him, speaks volumes! It tells me that this is not a genuine, sincere, honest investigation. It tells me that the cover up on JFK is still ongoing! I
know why! Because at least 4 later presidents where in on the planning and the cover up of the assassination of JFK. It was a coup d´etat! I am
talking about LBJ, Nixon, Ford and George Bush senior. Jack Ruby said it well: A whole new form of government will take over this country!

The truth would shatter the beliefs that the average Americans hold about their country. The so called example for the world of freedom and democracy. Marina Oswald said: The truth would destroy this country! This is why the truth about JFK still matters, although it is long ago!
Jesus is also long ago, but everyone is still talking about him!

And now we have Donald Trump on record saying that he always believed the Warren Commission. That Lee Oswald was the lone assassin.
To state that you must be either an ignorant gullible nitwit or a malicious cover-up artist!

Congratulations with your assignment as adviser to the House Committee chaired by congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna. What is your
opinion on Chauncey Holt, James Files, Tosh Plumlee and Judyth Vary Baker? The last three are still live as we speak, but given their a
ge and health probably not very long. The first three claim that they were present on Dealey Plaza when JFK was assassinated. Judyth
Baker claims she had a (secret) love affair with Lee Oswald. Therefore she knows a lot about him that was ignored or covered up. Should
they not be considered important witnesses? Should they not be called to testify before the committee as soon as possible?

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna announced today that I have been appointed as an adviser to the House Committee on Oversight and Government
Reform. I’m honored to be assisting the Committee in writing a report on the status of JFK assassination files since the implementation of
President Trump’s Executive Order 14176.


To give the report the attention it deserves, and to avoid the appearance of a conflict of interest, I am going to take a leave of absence
from JFK Facts.

As I relinquish editorial responsibility, Managing Editor Steve Byrne will take over the editorship for the next six months. Steve, a veteran
of the Detroit Free Press, is an experienced editor who sustains the site’s commitment to journalism, fact checking, and news on a daily
basis. With 22,000 subscribers, JFK Facts has established itself as a news outlet and will continue to publish authoritative journalism about
new developments in the JFK story. My plan is to return as editor in December.

As an adviser to the Committee, I will be available to comment on background for all news platforms and podcasts interested in the status
of the JFK assassination files. Rest assured, I will not favor JFK Facts over any other news outlet. I will not leak. I will not meme. I will not “
gatekeep.” Never have. Never will. I will help the Committee write a comprehensive report on the state of the historical record of JFK’s
assassination in time for the 63rd anniversary of the event next November.
