Chauncey Marvin Holt Holt relates that during the Warren Commission, he and other CIA operatives involved in the Kennedy assassination, stayed in a luxurious CIA safe house in Acapulco, owned by attorneys Frank Belcher and Joseph Ball. Ball served as senior counsel on the Warren Commission. The family of Holt has ample documentation to prove his story up to the written instructions of his CIA superiors and correspondence with Lansky and Licavoli.
