John Judge , Jim D. and Len seem pretty undisturbed by the goings on in Dealey.John thought redirection by the parks dept. to the 6th floor was funny,John talked about having moved to the south knoll one year because of some technical problem.I am not sure of his intents, if no permit then go to the south side or just throw in the towel.Of course we do not know what is going on behind the scenes. I just trust someone is supporting Robert. I wish we were better informed. But I understand It will be interesting to see what the court says about an injunction.My thoughts:on anniversary days because of the larger crowds the city and the cops are not likely to cause a commotion butif they get by with this with Robert, then in time they will shut down the entire show. That is their goal.

Bob I did not mean to say they were not concerned.John just did not say anything except he occasionally has had to make different arrangementsfor the use of the lawn for their little ceremony at 12:30 on the 22nd.you can listen to the program on Black OpThey have their convention at the Adolphus Hotel I think.I think he is one of the heads of COPA?Robert has filed a law suit and has an injunction until the hearing comes up in a few weeks.Sot will be up to either a judge or a jury depending on how far it goes.
