Oswalds Tale by Norman Mailer

Anybody read this ? I hated it...Thought he led readers to a false conclusion in a rather unpleasant way.

DavyI bought it in the late '90's on a run to a bookstore for other, vastly better books. It was reduced for clearance, sitting in a big pile of Norman Mailer.I flipped through it at home and found that the great macho man of literature had become just another of the new castrati vis-a-vis the truth of who killed Kennedy.I threw it as far as the curb, and the trashmen took it the rest of the way to the landfill.It is tragic that it wasn't Mailer who sucked the shotgun in 1961 so that Hemingway could go on to write his one true sentence.Hemingway could write; Mailer, lacking a spine, could not sit for long periods and reverted to slither-mode.
