SIRHAN SIRHAN
Sirhan Bishara Sirhan (Arabic: سرحان بشارة سرحان, born March 19, 1944) is a Jordanian citizen who was convicted for the assassination of United States Senator Robert F. Kennedy. He is serving a life sentence at Pleasant Valley State Prison in Coalinga, California.Sirhan was a Christian Arab born in Jerusalem who strongly opposed Israel. In 1989, he told David Frost "My only connection with Robert Kennedy was his sole support of Israel and his deliberate attempt to send those 50 bombers to Israel to obviously do harm to the Palestinians". Some scholars believe that the assassination was one of the first major incidents of political violence stemming from the Arab Israeli conflict in the Middle East.[1] In 2004, audio experts examining a recording of the assassination concluded that 13 shots were fired, more than the 8 bullets held in Sirhan's gun. His defense attorneys have filed motions for a new trial, citing he "should be freed from prison or granted a new trial based on 'formidable evidence' asserting his innocence and 'horrendous violations' of his rights. On June 5, 1968, Sirhan fired a .22 caliber Iver-Johnson Cadet revolver[7] at Senator Robert Kennedy and the crowd surrounding him in the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles shortly after Kennedy had finished addressing supporters in the hotel's main ballroom. George Plimpton, Rosey Grier, author Pete Hamill, and 1960 Olympic gold medalist Rafer Johnson were among several men who subdued and disarmed Sirhan after a lengthy struggle.Kennedy was shot three times, once in the head and twice in the back, with a fourth bullet passing through his jacket, and died nearly 26 hours later.[8] Five other people at the party were also shot, but all five recovered: Paul Schrade, an official with the United Automobile Workers union; William Weisel, an ABC TV unit manager; Ira Goldstein, a reporter with the Continental News Service;[9] Elizabeth Evans, a friend of Pierre Salinger, one of Kennedy's campaign aides; and Irwin Stroll, a teenaged Kennedy volunteer.

Robert Kennedy's deathby R Croxford » Fri Mar 17, 2006 1:39 am Look at this on page 7. It says Sirhan sirhan was asked if he wanted a cup of coffee... His response? You drink a sip first! Hmmmm Why? http://foia.fbi.gov/rfkasumm/rfksumm1a.pdf Also when asked why? He states he did it for his country? What country? Does this sound familiar? The questioning officer states that sirhan is the most calm and intelligenge person he had ever questioned in his 15 years of police work. Where have i heard that before? Well holy crap! look at what i found.lol lets compare something really quick! Sirhan was a member of the ancient mystical order of rosacrucian. Now lets compare http://www.amorc.org/ http://cfr.org/ http://www.newamericancentury.org/ Now here's your IQ test...What do all three have in common? man this gets better and better. The officer sent to secure sirhans house said he found an envelope outside in the trash when he went to dispose of a coffee cup. The envolope was from ARGONAUT insurance company and on the back it said RFK must Die! look at what i found. http://www.argonautgroup.com/ Look at trident http://www.tridentinsurance.net/ gets better and better. After reading the files on the case if sirhan had Johhny Cohchran he would have walked. lol If you have the time read that page. Says he was sober then drunk. He admitted it then didint have a clue then admitted it again. man sounds like he was brain washed to me. repeatedly writing like a trance must kill must kill must kill. sounds washed to me. ok im done peace

by Bob » Sat Mar 18, 2006 9:59 am There is no question that there were two gunmen at the Ambassador Hotel that night. We know one was Sirhan (Manchurian candidate). We also know that based on witness accounts, that Sirhan never got any closer to RFK than about 4 feet away. The fatal wound to RFK came from almost point blank range. Remember this occurred in a small pantry with several people in it. Once Sirhan started shooting, all hell broke loose. The other gunman (probably Thane Cesar) took advantage of the situation and fatally wounded Senator Kennedy. There were also more bullet holes or wounds found at the scene that could have possibly been fired from Sirhan's gun. The LAPD has done their part in the cover up by destroying all of the evidence form the crime scene."Follow the money." - Deep Throathttp://www.ctka.net/2010/perry.htmlhttp://jame ... om/2011/01 ... orist.htmlhttp://judythbaker.blogspot.com/2011/02 ... -bush.htmlBob

Bob » Sat Mar 18, 2006 3:06 pm Here is another very interesting story regarding the RFK assassination. It makes sense with the CIA connection to the LAPD and the Manchurian candidate reference. Also note the part about Arthur Bremer's brother Thomas... http://www.fromthewilderness.com/free/p ... tml"Follow the money." - Deep Throathttp://www.ctka.net/2010/perry.htmlhttp://jame ... om/2011/01 ... orist.htmlhttp://judythbaker.blogspot.com/2011/02 ... -bush.htmlBob

The Ambassador Hotel...by Moo Cow » Sat Mar 18, 2006 5:07 pm An interesting footnote here for Kennedy fans...the Ambassador Hotel, where RFK was shot (May his soul rest in peace forever, in the the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost), has been completely demolished as of this year... I saw it gone down piece by piece It sat facing Wilshire Blvd...A grand old building it was ,there was a debate about tearing it down, I guess the bad memories outweighed the good...it also housed the Coconut Grove , a popular nightclub hot spot of the 40's and 50'...can anyone add anything to this? SIRHAN's moment of clarity??by SLogan » Mon Nov 28, 2011 7:14 pm Attorneys for Sirhan Sirhan, the man who assassinated Robert Kennedy in 1968, have asked that he be released from prison, alleging that he was a victim of "mind-control" and never actually shot Kennedy.Less than a week after the anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, Sirhan's lawyers have presented their own Kennedy conspiracy theory, alleging that in Sirhan's 1969 trial the court ignored evidence that there were actually two shooters in RFK's assassination. Sirhan's legal team is also arguing that the revolver found on Sirhan was not responsible for the gunshots that killed Kennedy."Though the practice of hypno programming/mind control is hardly new, the public has been shielded from the darker side of the practice," Sirhan's court filings say. "The average person is unaware that hypnosis can and is used to induct antisocial conduct in humans."Attorneys William F. Pepper and Laurie D. Dusek argue that Sirhan at least deserves a new trial, alleging that the original 1969 proceeding were marred by fraud when the court allowed a substitute bullet to be used in place of the real bullet removed from Kennedy's neck.In addition, Sirhan's attorneys say recently discovered audio recordings provide evidence that as many as thirteen gun shots were fired at the time of Kennedy's assassination assassinated. As CNN explains, the details get even stranger from there:The attorneys further assert that Sirhan was hypno-programmed to be a diversion for the real assassin and allege that Sirhan would be easily blamed for the assassination because he is an Arab. Sirhan, 67, is a Christian Palestinian born in Jerusalem whose parents brought him and his siblings to America in the 1950s.Sirhan "was an involuntary participant in the crimes being committed because he was subjected to sophisticated hypno programming and memory implantation techniques which rendered him unable to consciously control his thoughts and actions at the time the crimes were being committed," court papers said. The California attorney general's office has so far declined to comment on Sirhan's court filings.Sirhan Sirhan has long claimed that he cannot remember the actual assassination. Harvard Medical School hypno-programming expert Daniel Brown recently worked with Sirhan, claiming to successfully help him remember the assassination for the first time. Brown says Sirhan claims that due to "mind control," Sirhan believed he was at a gun range shooting at circular targets.Pepper and Dusek also represented Sirhan during his recent unsuccessful attempt to win parole from Pleasant Valley state Prison in Coalinga, California, where he is currently serving a life sentence.

Re: SIRHAN SIRHAN
This Oct. 29, 2009 photo from the California Department of Corrections shows Sirhan Sirhan, convicted of the murder of presidential candidate Sen. Robert F. Kennedy in 1968.LOS ANGELES – Lawyers representing convicted assassin Sirhan Sirhan argue in newly filed court documents that a bullet was switched in evidence at his trial and new forensic details show he is innocent of the 1968 killing of Sen. Robert F. Kennedy. In the latest of many appeals filed on behalf of Sirhan, the attorneys are seeking to overturn his conviction. They repeated a previous assertion and presented reports from experts who said Sirhan was programmed through hypnosis to fire shots as a diversion for the real killer. Prosecutors had no comment, said Lynda Gledhill, a spokeswoman for the California attorney general's office, which is handling the appeal. The lawyers, William F. Pepper and Laurie Dusek, also said sophisticated audio tests recently conducted on recordings from the assassination night show 13 shots from multiple guns were fired -- five more than Sirhan could have fired from his small pistol. Authorities have claimed eight bullets were fired, with three hitting Kennedy and the rest flying wildly around the kitchen and striking five other victims who survived. Paul Schrade, who was struck by gunfire, refused to comment on the new filing, saying he is working on his own new analysis of the assassination. Pepper and Dusek argue that before Sirhan's trial, someone switched a bullet before it was placed in evidence because the bullet taken from Kennedy's neck did not match Sirhan's gun. The lawyers suggest a second gun was involved in the assassination, but they do not know who fired it. Pepper said the new evidence outlined in a 62-page federal court brief filed in Los Angeles is sufficient to prove Sirhan is innocent under the law. "They put fabricated evidence into court before the judge and jury" Pepper told The Associated Press. "We are satisfied that for the first time in 43 years of this case we think we have the evidence to set this conviction aside," The motion was filed last week in federal court in Los Angeles Whether it has any chance of success is questionable, said leading appellate lawyer Dennis Fischer of Santa Monica. "It's a longshot in the longest way," he said, "but they certainly are raising intriguing questions." He said the passage of time weighs against defense appeals, with courts tending to ask what took so long to raise the issues. However, he said federal courts frequently are willing to take a closer look at cases in which governmental misconduct is alleged, even if it is long after the fact. "The current thinking by the U.S. Supreme Court is these things need to end," said Fischer. But he added in case with such historical importance, "No one will ever be satisfied." Sirhan, now 67, a Palestinian immigrant, was denied parole after a hearing last March where he denied any memory of shooting Kennedy on June 5, 1968, moments after he claimed victory in the California presidential primary. Parole officials said he doesn't understand the enormity of his crime that changed U.S. history. Pepper and Dusek are the latest attorneys to take up Sirhan's case after his conviction and argue on his behalf before parole boards and courts.. All of his appeals have been turned down. Pepper, who has taken on other unpopular cases including that of Martin Luther King assassin James Earl Ray, stepped in after Sirhan's previous lawyer died. At trial, Sirhan took the witness stand and said he had killed Kennedy "with 20 years of malice aforethought." He later recanted the confession. Prosecutors introduced in evidence handwritten diaries in which he wrote: "RFK must die." The latest filing by Pepper and Dusek relies heavily on a report by audio analyst Philip Van Praag who did tests on an audio recording made by a news reporter during the shooting. The expert concluded that 13 shots were fired and that none of the sounds on the recording were echoes or other anomalies. The report also claims that the sounds of gunfire were not isolated to one spot in the room but came from different directions. The lawyers also contend that Sirhan did not have adequate assistance of counsel at trial, noting that his chief attorney, Grant Cooper, decided Sirhan was guilty at the outset and never pursued available defenses. The Sirhan defense team settled on a claim of diminished capacity and never denied that Sirhan was the shooter of Kennedy, the brief noted. "Defense counsel did not pursue the issue of a possible substitution of another bullet," the brief said. Acknowledging "the difficulty of retrying a case of this vintage," the lawyers asked that the sentence be set aside and Sirhan set free. "Petitioner fully understands that he is likely to be deported to Jordan where he would hope to quietly live out the rest of his life with family and friends, but at long last he would, at least, have received long delayed justice," the filing states. As an alternative, they asked that the judge set an evidentiary hearing to reexamine the case.

Sirhan Sirhan Updateby Michael Calder » Sat Nov 28, 2009 8:43 pm My brothers and Katisha,I received a phone call this morining from Paul Schrade. Many of you know he was the Kennedy supporter on stage with Kennedy when Bobby gave his victory speech. Paul followed RFK into the pantry and standing behind Bob, was shot in the head, falling unconscious to the floor. I interviewed him some time ago. He wanted to give me an update on the case and find out how along I was in writing my book on the RFK murder. I told him I thought I could identify the second gunman but needed a little more time. Paul told me that because of the Phillip Van Pragg-Robert Jolling tape of gunfire in the pantry, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, a major LA law firm, has taken on the case that he, (Paul) et, al is undertaking. Paul is not happy with whomever actually shot him. Also, Steve Cooly, District Attorney for Los Angeles, has expressed openess to any new evidence in the RFK case. Wow. I told Paul that i had read a Brief of an earlier case that he was a part of in the 70s and he said that Allard Lowenstein and Vince Bugliosi worked on that one. Turning to Sirhan I expressed fear for Sirhan's life at the new prison. Paul told me that no one has been allowed to visit Sirhan since his transfer, not even his brother, Munir. Munir was told that Sirhan was in "Orientation" and until that was completed no one could have access to him. I think we all know what "Orientation" really means. Somewhere on those grounds is a building where Sirhan is being given a tuneup- mkultra style. Dr.Pepper may have been getting to close to breaking Sirhan's mind and reaching through to the other side. Paul asked for a copy of my Evan Freed Affidavit and he may be giving it to his law firm. Mr. Freed was in the pantry and saw two shooters. The other shooter was the one shot Kennedy. Paul knows Freed and I may be getting an interview with Mr. Freed. What a nightmare for CIA. Me interviewing Evan Freed. Well, this is what happens when you kill a man better than you are. Sometimes it be that way. www.jfkcia.com

Re: Sirhan Sirhan Updateby Bob » Sat Nov 28, 2009 9:15 pm Thanks for the update Michael. I think you are correct in your assumption about what might be taking place with Sirhan. Bastards! I think they will try to kill his mind first, and if that doesn't work...try the Jeffery Dahmer approach to silence him forever.Anyway, it sounds like things other than that are moving in a positive direction. Good luck with everything and keep us updated.
